Service details, pricing, and timelines are discussed and agreed upon before project initiation.
2. Project Agreement
Before starting any project:
- Clear project requirements must be provided by the client.
- Scope of work will be defined and approved.
- Any additional features outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.
3. Payments
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Final payment must be completed before website transfer or final delivery.
- Custom pricing depends on project complexity.
- Hourly and fixed-price models may apply.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
4. Revisions & Changes
- Reasonable revisions are included as discussed during project agreement.
- Major structural changes after approval may be considered a new scope.
- Delays caused by late client feedback may affect the timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate content, images, and required materials
- Ensure they have rights to use provided content
- Review and respond in a timely manner
- Maintain their own hosting and domain services
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the final website design becomes the client’s property.
- Sakibur Rahman reserves the right to showcase completed projects in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Third-party themes, plugins, or tools remain subject to their original licenses.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sakibur Rahman is not liable for:
- Loss of data due to hosting/server issues
- Security breaches caused by third-party plugins or hosting providers
- Business losses resulting from website downtime
Clients are responsible for regular backups and hosting security.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
Work completed up to the termination date may be billed accordingly.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
